While 100% agree with the manifesto, the text feels 'too dense' on mobile, and the name creates unintended 'medical' or 'wellness' expectations;

There were specific requests to "create searchable 3D list" and "add a map for OR locations" (QR locations);
The physical activation of the project hit a cultural friction point, since some users "perceives stickers as urban vandalism";
